This place is conveniently located next to a Bally's Fitness center with a pool, squash courts, and various fitness amenities as well as dining options and shops nearby.

Room was quiet.

The room initially assigned to me had not been made up. The shirt of the young lady who helped me didn't look well laundered = not as crisp and white and I would have expected. Internet was slow.

No dishes or silver in kitchen

The rooms were newly remodeled and equipped with a shower, microwave, and appliances. the hotel is in a great location, very close to Giant Eagle or Whole Foods grocery stores just down the street, and Cleveland.

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a pretty nice area, adjacent to that restaurant and Giant Eagle or Whole Foods grocery stores right down the street. The restaurant was just a short walk away from the venue...

Well, Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the location is great.

Im not sure why the staff is never at the front desk. When someone finally came after i waited for 10 minutes she had a horrible attitude. This hotel does not offer late check out so i had to go to the airport 3 hours early.

The location here is great, with Giant Eagle and Whole Foods grocery stores nearby, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

The room was very nice, the staff was gracious and accommodating, and they were very pet-friendly, which was important to me, since I had my cat with me.

The complimentary wifi was very slow and getting normal speed internet costs extra money.

Could hear in hallway all night. Bed felt like I was sleeping on springs. I drop my cell and when I reached under night table it had an empty drink bottle and candy wrapper. The shower dripped all night. Room was very out dated.

This place is in a great location, just a 15-minute walk from the city center, and the surrounding area is lovely.

I like the fact that there is a small kitchen in the rooms.

Housekeeping was not done everyday, it had to be requested.

The staff here was incredibly helpful and the location is convenient, surrounded by restaurants in a nice area with the option to grab food nearby at Choolaah Indian BBQ.

We loved the location, close to restaurants and not far from Cleveland Clinic. Our room had a dinette which helped us save on eating at restaurants all the time. It was quiet at night for sleeping. Overall, we felt it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Clean and met my request for a ground floor room.

In the morning, we tried to get change for a $10 to leave a one night stay tip for housekeeping, and there was no one at the front desk for 2 hours. Also was supposed to have two beds, as I have a broken hip, and was limited to one double bed that my wife and I squeezed into.
